Editorial description(s):

From School Library Journal
Not limited to Web sites, this resource includes a variety of telecommunication activities. Kasowitz offers sample lesson plans and projects for a variety of grade levels, as well as reproducible worksheets for teachers and "information mentors" to use while planning and using the Big6. Samples of completed worksheets follow each blank one. Each chapter ends with a "Chapter Pathfinder" that gives Web sites and ERIC citations. The final chapter gives suggestions for designing, developing, and providing content on the Internet. Although this book is based around the Big6 framework of information problem solving, the ideas are applicable to any information-seeking model.
