This form is used to access the MT-Notifier user management system. Please enter the email address you would like to manage, along with the code that identifies you as the owner of that address.
This interface is designed to manage existing subscriptions. The addition of new subscriptions is not supported. Because of this, only existing subscribers are allowed access into the system through this method.
